Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Custom or personalized buttons are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right—refund or replacement, no drama.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
